Job title: Media Field Sales Executive

Bright is a dynamic, full-service media agency, producing consumer magazines and providing a range of design, marketing and project management services for some of the largest companies in the UK and Europe. 

We are recruiting a Media Field Sales Executive to join our market-leading Cambridge Edition portfolio. This role is focused on introducing businesses across Cambridge and the surrounding areas to the print and digital advertising opportunities that exist through our website and monthly magazine as well as weekly digital newsletter, quarterly map and biannual education guide. 

This is an opportunity for a sales-driven individual who will enjoy meeting with prospective advertisers and providing them with creative, client-focused multimedia advertising campaigns. You will have strong relationship-building skills, be persuasive and, most of all, provide customers with excellent advertising solutions. 

The ideal candidate will be a team player with a hard-working attitude and have: 

  • A proven B2B sales background with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
  • A confident and competent manner when meeting clients face-to-face
  • Proven sales experience of winning new business 
  • Creative ideas to lead clients to right solutions 
  • Great listening and questioning ability to understand client objectives 
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail 
  • The ability to achieve clients’ long-term aims and objectives

 

The package is negotiable, however a full driving licence and car will be required. Media experience is preferable, although not essential as training will be given.
