October’s Limited Elle-Editions line-up, hosted by Cambridge-based events company Elle-Events, has just been announced – and it’s chock-a-block with delights. On 2 October, South African chef Jason Howard teams up with Ashley Sargent, head chef of Kale Dining. They’ll present an eight-course fine-dining experience – utilising the freshest ingredients from local producers, to blend signature flavours from traditional British and French cuisine. On 9 October, we’ll see an appearance from Fasta Pasta, with a menu that capitalises on classic Italian flavours. Then, on 16 October, new kids on the block Apple & Jalapeno will create a flavour-filled evening of modern South American cooking. The hungry masses can catch a night of artisan porchetta and rotisserie chicken from Rotisseroll on 23 October, headed up by James Knight of Boxed Events. And finally, on 30 October, the series finishes with another appearance from Jason Howard, this time with the chance to book chef’s tables – so you can see first-hand the talented cook doing what he does best.
