At their gleaming kitchens off Hills Road, talented chef Liz Young will be creating a fresh, zingy three-course meal inspired by the flavours of South East Asia. After cocktails and canapes, you’ll sit down to a meal of Miang of grapefruit and crab and grilled curried coconut chicken (veggie alternative available – just ask in advance) plus much more.
As she cooks, Liz will reveal tips and tricks gleaned from her years spent cooking aboard yaughts for the rich and famous and in top restaurants.
The meal takes place 27 March, 7-10pm, and places are £45 per head. Book in advance as this is sure to be a sought-after ticket.
