It’s been a great year for Indian restaurant Prana. Having unveiled a swish new look in early 2016, they’re now celebrating a double whammy of successes at the prestigious Curry Awards 2016. The Oscars of Indian dining in the UK, the awards show off the finest curry houses in the country, with the fiercely contested prizes awarded at a glittering ceremony in London each year.
This time around, the family-run Prana on Mill Road received recognition for its smart interior and exceptional food, winning both Restaurant Design of the Year and Restaurant of the Year for East of England.
“It was an overwhelming feeling to be crowned winners,” says Prana Director, Kobir Ahmed. “We are proud that our extensive refurbishment has been recognised as one of the best in England and our restaurant is the best in East of England region. We thank our customers for their support, and our dedicated team; the future looks bright for Prana and we feel this is just the beginning.”
