Designed for 11-17-year olds, Prodigy is an F45 concept based around a challenging but fun workout to improve fitness, agility and strength. F45 has earned itself quite the reputation for its pulse-raising regimes, and its Prodigy sessions will be no different; all thirty-six of the fitness classes offered at F45 can be adapted for Prodigy members, with less weights and resistance, more focus on bodyweight movements and slight adjustments in the movements and number of reps. All of the Prodigy classes have been designed by the F45 athletics team and are a combination of cardio and resistance that is suitable to do every day – plus, the classes are time-based, so you don’t have to worry about rushing your reps. The classes are run by two F45 trainers to ensure everyone gets the motivation and attention they need, and will remain challenging as you get better and fitter over time.
“The best thing about F45 is the community and the friendships formed with people you work out with,” says Sarah Craske, owner of F45 Cambridge Station team. “Although the new classes have been trialled in Australia in the last nine months, Cambridge Station is the first studio in UK to launch Prodigy, so we are really excited to see what people think.” Each Prodigy class will be 45 minutes long, starting from around 4pm on weekdays – perfect for after school time.
