A night less ordinary
Squires, the in-house restaurant at Bedford Lodge Hotel, is offering an indulgent five-course meal for £55 per head – and it’s available from 11 to 19 February. To start, choose from scallops with sea herbs, or corn velouté with chilli jam and toasted hazelnut. Next up is a parmesan gougère with black truffle, followed by beef short rib or herb-crusted sea bass. For dessert, enjoy the tangy flavours of mango and passion fruit, before a round of chocolate and cherries to finish. To really spoil your significant other, make a night of it by booking a room at the hotel – and take advantage of the on-site spa the next day!
