Christmas isn’t Christmas without a performance of Handel’s epic oratorio, Messiah. The Academy of Ancient Music joins forces with one of the hottest young choirs, VOCES8, for a spine-tingling start to the festive season on 5 December at Trinity College Chapel.

Messiah depicts the birth, life and death of Christ, and features some of Handel’s best-known pieces, including For unto us a child is born, I know that my redeemer liveth and the Hallelujah chorus.
