Embrace the traditions of the season and head for Midsummer Common on 5 November for Cambridge’s big bonfire and fireworks display. There’ll be fairground rides to enjoy from 6pm, and the fireworks display starts at 7.30pm. www.cambridgelivetrust.co.uk
