Cambridge Junction has announced the launch of Kit Bank, a community-powered initiative that collects used musical instruments, home studio gear and filmmaking equipment and puts them in the hands of passionate young people who need them most.

Whether it’s a keyboard collecting dust or a mic that’s been outgrown, these donations will open up a world of creativity, confidence and opportunity, giving young creatives with significant barriers in their lives the opportunity to develop their art form at home or in their community space.

Drop-off points at the Junction, Cambridge YMCA and Anglia Ruskin University are now accepting donations of studio equipment, laptops, musical instruments, DJ controllers and more.
