The Saucony Cambridge Half Marathon is now in its ninth year, and is one of the biggest and most beautiful half marathons in the UK. Attracting thousands of runners of all abilities annually, the event has become the country’s fastest selling half marathon, its appealingly flat course taking participants on a traffic-free tour of Cambridge. This year’s marathon takes place on 8 March and the route takes runners through two of University of Cambridge’s most impressive colleges – King’s and Jesus. For those keen to participate in the race, you can enter through a charity or via transfer if someone drops out. You can also sponsor someone running to support the cause, or volunteer as a course marshal on race day. Head to the Cambridge Half Marathon website for details.
