FRESH. – the new wellbeing and fitness studio in Ely –  has sadly had to put its launch opening weekend on hold due to the second national lockdown. Once open, FRESH. will be a sanctuary for the community to provide support for mental health, promote equality, practice sustainability, and encourage health, relaxation and wellbeing – something that is so needed right now.

“A big thank you to all those who have supported us through this setback. We plan to use the time to continue our professional development and complete further qualifications,” says FRESH. co-founder Sara Ford. “We will also still deliver our online sessions. It is a difficult time for many, but we know that when the time comes, we will be offering our community a safe place to recover from 2020.”

Alice Loombe, fellow FRESH. co-founder adds: “we have had some great news. Becca Grey has taken on our cafe space with Beanies Vegan Coffee Hub – providing coffee and cake. We’re so excited to share FRESH. with the Ely community. Hopefully it won’t be too long a wait.”

In the meantime, from Monday 9 November you will still be able to access FRESH. classes online via the website, including barre, pilates, yoga, HIIT and flexitone.
