We’ve teamed up with The Cambridge Club Festival to give away a pair of weekend tickets with camping to one lucky Cambridge Edition reader! Worth £400, the prize will give our winner access to the weekend-long festival experience for free, enjoying an incredible line-up of A-list acts and excellent entertainment.
The voyage of disco and discovery begins on Friday 9 June, when the iconic Grace Jones takes to the main stage, along with R&B star Alexander O’Neal and Uncle Funk’s Disco Inferno. Keeping the party going ’til late will be DJs including Dan Shake, Fat Tony and Denise Van Outen. Expect back-to-back classics on Saturday, with the legendary Lionel Richie, disco diva Sophie Ellis-Bextor and soul royalty The Real Thing, plus DJ sets from Eats Everything, Jodie Harsh and Waze. And the party carries on through Sunday when Kool & The Gang, Billy Ocean and Craig Charles top the bill.
Elsewhere around the site, expect scintillating talks and cracking comedy in the Auditorium of Intrigue – where performers include Ed Byrne and Andrew Maxwell – plus fabulous foodie finds ranging from festival classics to more adventurous flavours at the food court. In the Imagination Station, meanwhile, catch kids’ theatre, arts, crafts and games hosted by Tootles & Nibs, the theatre company that refuses to grow up.
The Cambridge Club Festival will take place 9-11 June at Childerley Orchard, visit thecambridgeclub.co for more info!
