Farrington Oils have a wonderful rapeseed oil, a real must for any foodie. It’s great in marinades and dressings, and also makes great roast potatoes. They are available nationwide in Sainsbury’s as well as farms shops and delis.
If you have not yet sampled the Gourmet Brownie Company’s Malteser cake, get your hands on a slice! It’s perfect with a cup of coffee while you enjoy reading this magazine. Available locally at Burwash Manor.
