Tucked away in a quiet corner of the Fens, Burwell Brewery is a collaborative effort from brewing enthusiasts Ricky Dolphin and Paul Belton. Run from a purpose-built timber building in Ricky’s back garden, the brewery produces a range of high-quality craft ales, including golden pale ale ‘Burwell Sunshine’ and ‘Beer Fuggled’, described as ‘a true session beer’. The brewery has been supplying beer festivals, clubs and events in the local area since it was founded in 2019, making a name for itself in Burwell and beyond.
