On 7 November, the lovely people at Cambridge Cookery School are inviting London-based pâtissier Javier Cervantes to share all he knows about making chocolate-based cakes. You’ll spend the afternoon in their shiny new kitchens, off Harrison Drive, mastering flourless chocolate biscuits, white chocolate and hazelnut mousse, and Mozart cake. And there’s Prosecco, too.
