New Vietnamese eaterie Pho is offering free noodles next week for its launch

The Cambridge dining scene has been seriously sizzling recently, with a new eaterie opening pretty much every week so far in 2016 – and we’re happy to say that this week is no exception. Located near the Corn Exchange on Wheeler Street (in a part of town rapidly on its way to becoming the definitive city centre foodie quarter), this latest café will be delivering a tempting selection of authentic Vietnamese street food. On the menu you’ll find pho noodle soups along with a range of tasty dishes like spicy salads, fragrant curries, wok-fried noodles and spring rolls. There’s also premium cocktails made with imported Vietnamese spirits, authentic Vietnamese coffees and a selection of fresh juices. The café opens officially on Thursday 11 February, when there will be a free bowl of pho for every customer, and this will be followed by a launch weekend from 12-15 Feb, when there will be 50{b486c5a37ab2d325d17e17d701cb2567b1ecd1814e8ceb33effa2a4f1f171d46} off all food. Check out the Pho website for more information.
