Provenance at Thirsty Cambridge on Chesterton Road
Finish off your week with a feast at Thirsty on Chesterton Road. On Friday 26 February, Provenance Kitchen will be parking up their Airstream Van for an evening of great food, whilst wine shop Thirsty providing lots of tempting drinks. The menu is typically interesting and seasonal with some nice local twists: tuck into dishes including wood fired Fenland celeriac tacos (with hoisin, radish, pak choi, pickled rhubarb and peanut salsa), and dry aged Hereford flank steak with polenta, fermented red cabbage crispy shallots and chimichurri salsa.
