Remember Jazzy Jeff? If you’re a 90s kid, chances are you used to religiously watch him and sidekick Will Smith terrorising Uncle Phil in cult US comedy The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air (still the greatest TV theme tune of all time, in our humble opinion).

Well, these days he’s all grown up, and he’ll be in Cambridge this month for a night of jazzy fun at Cambridge Junction. Winner of three Grammy Awards, three American Music Awards, two NAACP Awards, two Soul Train Music Awards and an MTV Music Award – Jazzy Jeff is much more than just Will Smith’s goofy partner in crime. In fact, he’s regarded as being something of a hip hop pioneer, with turntable skills honed from the tender age of ten years old and his own production company, A Touch Of Jazz Inc.

Join him on 24 October as he dives into his huge vinyl collection, spinning tracks from a range of genres. Tickets are £16.
