On 31 December, the Trumpington Street venue invite you to enjoy an evening of live music, great food and plenty of fizz, rounded off by a stay in one of its beautiful rooms, with a full breakfast in the morning. Get your Gatsby on at glamorous gastropub The Willow Tree, Bourn where they’ll be hosting a decadent Great Gatsby-inspired party. Enjoy a five-course feast, casino, tap-dancing entertainment and a swing DJ all for £90. The dress code is sequins, Trilbys and 1920s glamour.
There’ll be funk, disco and R&B pumping from underground bar La Raza on New Year’s Eve when Crump Pete de Vit and Margaret Scratcher take to the decks. Tipple some cocktails and tear up the dancefloor from 9pm-2am. Tickets cost just £5 on the door.
Discover something different this New Year’s Eve and gather your friends for an underground party at Cambridge’s Hidden Rooms on Jesus Lane. Expect a night of classic house music from 8pm-2am from Cambridge’s Jason Petchell. Tickets are £10 in advance or £15 on the door (no entry after midnight). Ticket price includes a bottle of Becks, glass of house wine, juice or post mix.
For a chilled-out New Year’s Eve, opt for dinner at d’Arry’s on King Street. Chris Newman, Stella Hensley and Art Toper will be contributing their velvety vocals, gorgeous guitar and keyboard wizardry for you to dance the night away to. A four-course meal will be served at 7.30pm, with music starting at around 10pm and taking you through to 1am.

Head for Hotel Felix this New Year’s Eve, where you’ll enjoy a fabulous four-course meal at the stylish Graffiti restaurant (includes a glass of fizz on arrival), then dance the night away to the sound of a local jazz ensemble. Tickets for the New Year’s Eve Dinner are priced at £75 per person.
