Prestigious local development releases new properties onto the market
A selection of four-bedroom townhouses, some with separate studios above the garages, and larger five-bedroom homes are now available to view and buy at the Ninewells development on Cambridge’s southern bounds. Designed around views of the Gog Magog Downs, Ninewells is a sustainability conscious, community focused collection of 162 contemporary family homes and apartments. Three show homes and the Ninewells Sales and Marketing Suite are open daily to the public. In the new year, they’ll be launching a collection of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
As part of the development’s focus on its natural and historical context, artists Peter Randall-Page and Laura Ellen Bacon have been hired to create original public artworks for the site. Additionally, the existing boundary hedge between the development and local nature reserve Nine Wells is a designated city wildlife corridor where residents can grow vegetables in local allotments.
