Espresso Library, the cafe for coffee, cycling and culture on East Road, opens it doors on 21 October not only to customers, but the chefs from Provenance kitchen.
Provenance’s menus are entirely produce-driven and always incorporate the freshest market ingredients. The chefs are inspired by local farmers and suppliers, and the outstanding quality of their produce is the cornerstone of Provenance.
Their philosophy is to “provide busy people with seasonal and nutritious food at everyday prices. Fast and convenient doesn’t have to mean unhealthy; neither does it have to mean a boring sandwich or salad”.
From 6.30-9.30pm you could treat yourself to Bedfordshire flank steak, Dingley Dell pork chop, Peterhead Bay mackerel or organic butternut squash for your main course, with a choice of blackberry, cinnamon, vanilla, chocolate and honeycomb creations for dessert.
