Tickets to see the flame-haired, distinctive-voiced songstress had sold out – but fans have another chance to be in the audience when the singer performs on 4 July 2015.
Paloma (her name means ‘dove’ in Italian) released her debut album, Do You Want The Truth Or Something Beautiful?, in 2009. She was Brit nominated three times before landing the prize for Best British Female Solo Artist earlier this year. She’s known for her flamboyant, retro style and dazzling live shows.
Other acts performing in Thetford’s woodland setting this summer include The Script and Sam Smith – tickets for whom are also sold out.
However there’s still a chance to see British singer/songwriter Tom Odell, who performs on 5 July.
The young musician released his debut album Long Way Down in 2013: it shot straight to Number One in the album charts and was described by The Telegraph as ‘utterly compelling’.
The soulfulness and maturity of his music saw him win Songwriter of the Year at the 2014 Ivor Novello Awards, which he adds to his BRITs Critics’ Choice Award, picked up in 2013.
A succession of sold out headline tours followed, including a packed summer of festival appearances in 2014 including V Festival, Isle of Wight and a show supporting one of his idols, Neil Young, at Hyde Park. And and his stirring rendition of Real Love (as featured in the John Lewis advert) became the soundtrack to Christmas 2014.
