The ADC Theatre’s autumn season begins with the Cambridge Festival of Drama before We Will Rock You brings Queen’s greatest hits. King Lear ends a stateside tour with a home run in October, while the new musical Midnight Train to Nowhere returns from the Fringe in a double bill with cult classic The Guy Who Didn’t Like Musicals.
More highlights include Caryl Churchill’s Top Girls, Frantic Assembly’s Things I Know to Be True and hit musical The Wiz.
At the Corpus Playroom, Remembrance Week is marked with Journey’s End, while Orwell’s dystopian classic is reimagined
in 1984: Revolution of the Soul.

Then, in the new year, we can look forward to a new translation of Brecht’s The Resistible Rise of Arturo Ui, plus the musical The Band, featuring the songs of Take That, and European Theatre Group’s jazz age Antony and Cleopatra.
