A German-style festive fair, The Duxford Advent Market takes place on 7 December in the medieval church of St John’s in Duxford.
It’s a chance to get in the Christmas spirit and browse all sorts of gifts in an atmospheric setting, as well as enjoying food, glühwein and entertainment.
The event was founded in 2011 and has become a popular festive fixture for many, known for its broad selection of craft stalls. This year, kids can meet Santa in his grotto, too.
