Les Mills has plenty of online workout videos to help you keep fit even if you’re stuck in the house. From dance, martial arts and HIIT workouts to yoga and guided meditation sessions, the platform has something to suit everyone. Nike Run Club

The Nike Run Club app has everything you need to stay motivated and keep up an exercise routine during self-isolation. The app enables you to get personalised coaching with your own Nike Coach, and adapts as you progress to make sure you’re not resting on your laurels. Online yoga classes

Cambridge’s yoga community have really come together to make sure all you yoga enthusiasts out there still have access to classes. CAMYOGA, Hotpod Yoga, Satyam Yoga Wellbeing Centre and Yoga With Felicity are all offering online classes that you can attend via Zoom, with sessions starting from as little as £5. Couch to 5K

If you’re new to running and haven’t heard of Couch to 5K, where have you been? The programme combines running and walking to ease you in, and slowly builds up over time as you gradually increase your stamina and fitness levels. Don’t be daunted; week one involves just one minute of running at a time, creating goals that feel achievable from the start. You also get a choice of coaches, so you can run with the likes of Sarah Millican or Michael Johnson encouraging you to keep going.
