If you’re looking for autumnal fun, head to Burwash Manor Farm for its annual Apple Day on 14 October
There’s plenty on offer for kids and adults alike, such as demonstrations from expert apple identifiers and growers, games stalls, falconry, face painting, a steam train and the Sawston Steel Pan Band. Plus, enjoy apple-infused food and drink, like juice, cider and other sweet treats.
All proceeds from the event go to The Sick Children’s Trust. Help them beat last year’s total of £5,500 – entrance is £3 per adult, with kids under 12 going free.
