It’s bun love o’ clock as Guerrilla Kitchen take residence at Novi

We loved the Steak & Honour residency at Regent Street cocktail bar Novi, so we’re very happy that they’ve handed over their kitchen to a new street food fave this month. This time around, it’s the turn of Guerrilla Kitchen, who are famous for their mind-blowingly good bao. Pillowy soft steamed buns enveloping delicious fillings like tender pork belly with fresh cucumber and rich, sticky hoisin – you have to try these Chinese inspired delicacies to appreciate quite how insanely tasty they are. On the menu at Novi, you’ll find the Fat Hen (grilled chicken, gochujang pickles) and the Big Bun (riverside beef, mooli radish, lettuce, cheese and smoked chipotle), as well as bourbon sticky ribs and miso baked aubergine (salivating yet?!).

On the side, grab some sweet potato fries or some kimchee mac and cheese with a pork crust (YES!!!) – washed down with lots of Novi’s artful botanical cocktails, of course.
