Serving Brew Project coffee, Grain Culture bakes, vegan treats and luxury ice-cream sandwiches from an adorable kiosk overlooking the River Cam, Kerb Kollective is the new in-the-know Cambridge favourite. It’s run by Jonny Bescoby (owner of Brew Project) and Rory Foy, a pair of passionate hospitality professionals, who set out with a goal of creating the kind of fun, approachable coffee shop they’d like to spend time in themselves. After a few delays caused by lockdown, Kerb Kollective got going in July last summer, with the duo choosing a few hand-picked brands to partner up with, including vegan baker Connor Deeks and London-based ice-cream heroes, Happy Endings.

“The reception has been nothing short of amazing, and we’ve built a special relationship with the people of Cambridge through regular morning service during the coldest hours of lockdown, when we all kept each other going,” says Rory.
