From now until 31st March, you can sample delicious Italian cuisine at Limoncello
Cambridge-based Italian deli Limoncello has announced that they have recently joined the ‘Enjoy European Quality Food‘ project, which is aimed at promoting traditional Italian food and drink products. The project is set to last three years, and will involve a conglomeration of Italian associations who all hope to preserve the protected food names of Italian cuisine in the UK.
Limoncello will be hosting lunchtime sampling sessions to celebrate some of the delicious products, including Provolone Valpadana (PDO) and Mozzarella (STG) cheese, Terre di Siena oil (PDO), and Asti DOCG wines. All of the products will also be used in their bistro menu, so don’t worry if you can’t make it there for lunch!
