Gengahr play the Junkyard Festival

Bands, DJs, craft beer, street food and Pimm’s combine for the day-long Junkyard Festival at Cambridge Junction on 3 August. Organised by the Junction’s apprentices, the event brings together acts including Gengahr (pictured), who’ve previously visited Cambridge Junction in support slots for Jungle and Dry the River, and Chappaqua Wrestling, aka Charlie Woods and Jake Mac, who make “sweet-Americana music with an electronic swooning twist”.

There’s also fuzzy shoegaze with Lemondaze, mellow acoustic jams from Butterfly and indie fun with Staycations. Tickets are £13 and the event runs from 4pm until late.
