The series got off to a surfin’ start on 18 July with The Beach Boys, followed by Sir Tom Jones on 1 August (it’s the third time the Welsh crooner has appeared on the Newmarket stage) and British rapper Dizzee Rascal on the 8th.

Bringing down the curtain on the 15 August are Scottish rockers Wet Wet Wet. The band – whose faces adorned 90s teenage bedroom walls everywhere – are perhaps best known for their cover of the Troggs hit Love Is All Around, which was immortalised in the film Four Weddings and a Funeral and spent a phenomenal 15 weeks at the top of the chart in 1994.

You’ll be treated to that, and a host of other classics including Wishing I Was Lucky, Sweet Little Mystery and Goodnight Girl from Pellow et al, who’ve recently completed their greatest hits tour.

Adult tickets start at £35.
