Popular street food dining outfit is popping up for an evening in Grantchester
Mobile dining outfit Provenance Kitchen are parking up their rather cool Aistream van on 6 February for a night of delicious food at the Blue Ball Inn in Grantchester between 6pm and 9pm.
Head down for a lip-smacking feast packed with seasonally inspired dishes, all freshly cooked in a wood fired oven. The menu is divided into From The Land (think local beetroot with polenta, beef top pesto, curly kale, yoghurt, blackberries and spiced seeds), and From The Sea – which is where you’ll find dishes like wood fired Cornish sea bass or Mersea Island Rock Oysters. Then, From The Farm, pick up meaty delights like the 36-hour barbecued beef brisket bowl or Suffolk Pork Cheek Tacos. Polish it off with a buttermilk set cream with popcorn and butterscotch sauce. Heaven.
