There’s a feast of mirth, gags and surreal laughs on the way in Cambridge
Jesterlarf Comedy Club returns on 2 December for another monthly show at Cambridge Junction, presenting the very best comedians from the UK circuit.
Circuit veteran and Edinburgh Comedy Award-winner Dave Johns is an improv maestro, who is a regular at the Comedy Store’s famous weekly “Cutting Edge” show. In his 20 years performing Dave (right) has supported and toured with everyone from Lee Evans to Sean Lock. Films fans will recognize Dave as the star of Ken Loach’s Palme d’Or-winning film I, Daniel Blake.
Ivo Graham is the youngest winner of Channel 4’s prestigious So You Think You’re Funny award who’s appeared on BBC3’s Edinburgh Comedy Fest Live and had shows on BBC Radio 4, Five Live, and XFM. His astute, sharp, warm and witty brand of comedy is a sheer delight.
Dublin comedian Christian Talbot says he’s not interested in the craic but his original and delightful brand of comedy delivers laughter from start to finish.
Compere for the show is the comedy circuit’s national treasure Mandy Muden (left), who fuses stand-up and magic with cheeky innuendo to hilarious full effect.
Tickets are £13.50 and the fun at Junction 2 starts at 7.45pm.
